Watch your favorite music videos and just improvise with what they do. Just feel the beat and shake your hips. A mirror can also help....try not to hold back, that's how you can have the most fun.

Since you're in middle school, just do anything that comes natural and you should be fine. Just don't do what everyone else is doing, they're the ones who don't know what they're doing.
