Blu-Ray is better, but more expensive.

I would wait for a dual format reader/writer.

The manufacture of HD-DVD gamers ceased a twelve months in the past. HD-DVD discs are not any further being made, the two. whether, HD-DVD had extra effective sound high quality than Blu-Ray and extra effective photograph high quality than Blu-Ray, too. yet Blu-Ray discs have a greater ability and are extra fee-effective to make than HD-DVDs. The action picture studios went for the main inexpensive decision, no longer the superb. So Blu-Ray succeeded and HD-DVD failed.
