yes, putting them in winzip file will make it easier. you can also just post your pictures on the web (check out yahoo photos) and then lead your family and friends to the website. that way, you don't have to send a bunch of pictures in one email. you only have to upload them to the web.

Yahoo Photo mail has the facility in which you can send photos in the mail not in attached format. The photos will be displayed in the mail itself. It only supports Internet Explorer. Try it.

You definately have the right solution. Not only will zipping the pictures compress them as much as possible, but it will be much more managable for the reciever.

yeah, I think the best way, would be as a zip file because you don't want to be uploading each one separately. or you can try yahoo photo app, or picasa from google or other photo apps.
