Incredible Hulk?

Well Marvel Comics as an entity didn't exist back in 1944- but if that's when the Captain America movie was made, that would be the first. In the late 1960's there were poorly animated TV shows of Thor, Captain America, the Sub-Mariner, Iron Man, and the Hulk. It looked basically like they filmed still frames of Kirby's comic artwork and just made the mouths move. But the voice acting was good, and the stories were true to the source material. A little bit later we got the Spider-Man animated series.

Later in the 1970's there were TV movies done of Captain America, Spider-Man and Dr. Strange. Of course the Incredible Hulk TV series with Bill Bixby & Lou Ferrigno was pretty popular.

There was a FF show in '67, from (regrettably) Wikipedia- "Fantastic Four is an animated series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions, based on Marvel's comic book series Fantastic Four. The program, featuring character designs by Alex Toth, aired on ABC from 1967 to 1969. It lasted for 20 episodes, and was rerun as part of the continuing series Hanna-Barbera's World of Super Adventure."

A Spider-man show also came that year "The first animated series was simply titled Spider-Man, and ran on ABC from 1967 to 1970. The show's first season was produced by Grantray-Lawrence Animation, which soon went bankrupt."

However, there was the "Marvel Superheroes" TV series that started a year earlier. It featured Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man, Thor, Sub-Mariner, and (a small appearance by) the X-men. Wikipedia said that the Marvel Superheroes was "A cartoon series from 1966 featuring five of the most popular super heroes from Marvel Comics: The Mighty Thor, Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, and The Sub-Mariner, each of whom is the star of 13 episodes, making a total of 65 episodes."

So, Spider-man and FF tie for their own show, but there was a medley one year prior.

Interesting item I found which I didn't know but they did have a Captain America live action movie in (1944) which was based on the original comic but was completely different. Here is a comment on the film from IMDB.com

"In Captain America's original story, a man named Steve Rogers - who is too weak and puny to fight in World War II - is injected with a Super-Soldier Serum and develops an enhanced physique, after which he becomes Captain America. The good captain is the second hero, and the first American character, to possess such an enhanced physique (the first hero being Ilya Morowez, the Russian King Arthur). This backstory was rejected by Republic during the making of this serial, as it would have required costly retakes at the time"

Aside from that little bit of history I guess the Incredible Hulk would be the winner? If you where looking at a comic book translation.
