I'd say stay busy, move on, and start meeting new people. No sense in burning daylight. If the break up was really difficult for you to handle then you may want to be single for a few months, spend more time with the fam and friends and activities. Remove anything that reminds you of her, keep busy, and time will take care of the rest.

Every person is different. Take me for example, I get over someone a lot faster when I go out and start meeting and dating multiple women. My buddy Dave prefers to stay single for a while, not mingle at all, and focus on his work and spend more time with his family. It's different for all of us. Do what works best for you. And remember, time will take care of this.

Bottomline: move on with your life. I'm sure she has.

Avoid them. They're easy to spot since they're the best looking ones in the room, just look past them next time to see the other women standing behind them.

Keep them in your heart forever if you truly love them or if it just a passing fancy, you will get over it rather quickly.

Speak little send special flowers or gift.
Collect there Hobie's and daily routine, and do it without disturbing to her and
your body languages will tell her that what do you want to say.
Such thing you must do as i told without disturbing and speak little with her.

Let them go and never try to get them back. If they did it once, they will do it again.

I would let them go and be sad. Hopefully, I will be back on my horse again though.
