The President wasn't even in the state on the 7th. I live in Florida and I was not aware it went under martial law. Can you cite a source here? edit: A state of emergency is a whole different kettle of fish from martial law. To move along any federal assistance a governor will declare areas or states in this case a state of emergency. It's standard practice in Florida because of all of the Hurricanes. No martial law.

Whats a 27 year old doing dating a 17 year old!?

I know that the age of consent in NY is 17. So I think its probably the same there.

four years apart if you are a minor, so yes, when you are 18 itll be ok
