Wow it is hot in here! I um, personally believe that if they were in least bit concerned about life and morality they would have told thier churches that push republicans on them to Fwck off, but because allegedly "god" told them who to vote for
war
torture
ignorants
death
tax cuts for rich
shaft for working middle class
lies
in ability to formulate sentences
is okay.

I guess I would say HEY, but that is just me. I support the troops fully regardless of how we got into this war. The question really should be are we ready to face the consequences if we fail in Iraq and Afghanistan? We need to understand that this war is fought not only on those fronts, but everywhere and anywhere. If we fail it will not be like Vietnam where we can safely go to our homes and nothing will happen. We will be considered weak and worthy of more attacks because we do not have the will to win. We have to win. It is necessary for our very lives. I wish more people would see it that way. We can't give in just because we suffer some casualties. This will not simply go away. Grow up.

I am a republican and i have about 10 friends that are in the middle east right now and i support them and Bush. I do care about our troops but being in the armed forces is OPTIONAL so unless you dont mind going to war dont sign up. and at least he is trying to push some sort of democracy on them instead of a genocidal tyrant. I gaurantee you Iraqis love Bush but democrats are too pigheaded to realize that while your last president should have been impeached.

Well, speaking as someonw who has BEEN a serviceperson at a war in the middle east, I can tell you that is what they are there for.
The US armed forces are considered the scariest armed forces in the world, in part because of their training and technology, but mostly because they are volunteers who are just itching to be used to improve the world.

To all liberals. The Military is made up over over 75% conservatives. I earned the right to the wear the Uniform and I did so proudly, so you can just put up or shut up.

I don't think there is a man or woman in the U.S. who doesn't have a friend or relative who has served, been killed serving or may be called to serve. As the mother of a U.S. serviceman I think people like you need to re-think their question so that it is not so offensive. Of course we all think and pray for them.

I believe they care about me and my brothers in arms a hell of a lot more than you do, and most servicemen and women believe so, too. You can't make me think that you give a damn about our military when you are so eager to throw away everything we have sacrificed so much for.
