I'm trying to guess just what u mean by "urninary part". If it's located on or near the labia (vaginal lips) it could be a Bartholin's cyst. It usually is harmless, but because of the location, needs to be drained/removed by a doctor. A gynecologist usually, but sometimes they refer to a general surgeon, depending on location.

this could be just an abscess [like a pimple]. if it is painful you may have to take anti biotics and some painkillers for five days. you could take the foll. medicines; tab.doxy 100mg. twice a day
and tab dicloran A twice a day. if this med does not help visit to physician is required.

Make an appointment with your family doctor ASAP, it may or may not be anything serious, but it's worth looking into. Good luck, i hope it's nothing serious.

You may have a urethral caruncle. It is simple to treat but you have to see a qualified urologist.
