Duh. He wont care as long as he's getting his rocks off. Try not taking the "lollipop" so deep in your mouth/throat. Some times I do gag on my man but he understands. Try to cover the sound with a "happy" sound like a groan or moan.
Practice with a Twinkies or hot dog.
don't let him hold your head with his hands and push the "lollipop". You could always use a soft long piece of clothing to tie his hands together so he can't do that.
Try to control the rhythm of the event.

Try using your hand and only taking the tip in your mouth so it doesn't go too far back. If your close to him and in a committed to him explain to him that it makes you uncomfortable. Maintain control of the situation don't allow him to hold your head and move it or allow him to thrust his pelvis forward.
