i would like one is all. all is one is unified--like the example of all americans make one america.
one is all. although i am one and i am different in millions of ways, there are still many ways i am all. sometimes i am all women, all humanity, all football fans, all who have been hurt, all who have been loved, etc. one is all is more empowering. i am myself, i am everyone in this mass of confusion and personalities and random chance.

Definitely "all is one". No one can be all. Bush can't be the United States. Americans make up the United States.

One for all, all for one. And you call this chiasmus simple? People have been killing each other over is three one, or one three for centuries. You bring all into the equation, and, well, all hell might break loose.
