Goodness, you can't even start your morning without math! Do the numbers on the alarm clock tell you something? Thats math since the numbers mean something to you! Money for school or lunch, thats math. Balance your checkbook, thats math. Put gas in your car, thats math. Cook by receipe, buy food, count your $$, dial the phone, use address numbers, refer to airline flights, TV channels, anything that involves the use of numbers is a result of math! Good luck.

You would be amazes at what needs math. Did you take a ride in a car today? All modern engines are cut from steel block by a machine that uses geometry and calculus to create the perfect shape. DO you wear glasses? The lenses are specific angular curves that are created using the mathematical concepts of Vector Calculus. Buildings, bridges and swimming pools are require A LOT of math behind them.

math is used in my everyday life by saying if i was going to the food market when the people ring up your total price of your purchase you have count how much money you give and and how much change you will receive.also if you have to put a new curtain up for you window you have to use a measuring tape to see how long it is. Same thing goes for a carpet, and a door. also bills, cooking, taxes, school math homework.

Example paying a tip when you go out to dinner:
$50.00 meal
what is the tip? (between 10% and 20%)
10% of $50 is $5
20% OF $50 IS $10
Also math is important in filing your taxes, borrowing money, and sales tax.

shopping the sales at the mall and grocery store: how much will it cost if it's on sale for 20% off? In this manner you're using percentages and fractions in your everyday life.
buying gas, paying bills: how much will be left over in my checking account after I've paid all the necessities? In this manner you're using subtraction in your everyday life.

Math is used to figure out how much money we are spending on our trip through the market and if we have enough to pay for it. How many miles as we drive, when ordering pizza - it's used for almost everything.

As a paramedic, I have to calculate the proper doses of medicines based on the concentration (the amount of drug in the volume of liquid), the patient's mass (weight), or other factors.
If my calculations are off, I run the risk of administering a lethal dose of medicine to a patient. We call that "death by a decimal".
