The best singer is Celine Dion. She recorded the theme song from the movie, "Titanic" and no one can sing it like she can, she is versatile and dynamic, and she's a great Las Vegas performer.
What's more, she appeared on stage with several famous female vocalists..."Divas"...to include Barbra Streisand, and she out-sang all of them including Aretha Franklin.
