I fell he lacks some key leadership qualities of critical thinking, honesty, and intellect. He certainly seems unenlightened.

I am pro-bush and probably the only voter who likes to make up my own mind and not listen to what SNL says. But I am pro-Bush. I know he is not a politician he was a great governor for a few years but that is the only political experience he has but he is a leader something needed to be done after 9/11 fast and in Iraq too. No we didnt find nuclear weapons but they did find some nasty explosives that broke international law. Can democrats or anti- Bush parties really say that Kerry or Gore would have been a better president over the past 6 years. If you do you are lying through your teeth because both of them would have been to worried about pleasing everyone that the terrorists would have attacked us again.

After 9-11, he unified the country and we commonly knew and agreed that the enemy was Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban and affiliated organizations. It was ok from almost everyone's perspective that he should go after them. But then he started to focus on Saddem Hussien and used 9-11 as an excuse to invade IRAQ which was not entirely justified to this day. I think the problem with Bush is his arrogance and his belief that he has a direct line to God. He is not what anyone would call a wise leader or person.

Let's go back BEFORE 9-11. At that time we had weapons inspectors crawling all over Iraq looking for weapons of mass destruction. The only place the inspectors weren't allowed was in the palaces.
The inspectors kept saying they hadn't found anything. There was a key lack of technology. Unless the Iraqis had EVERYTHING in the palaces, they couldn't have nuclear weapons.
The White House didn't believe them. Bush kept insisting the Iraqis had weapons. It didn't matter WHAT was said, he was going to war. This was BEFORE 9-11.
Without any proof, without any provocation, Bush decided he was going to take us into Iraq and finish what his father had started. Is this the man who should be president?

I don't like him. If you read Molly Ivins book, Bushwhacked, you'll read all you need to know. She knew him in Texas and watched him go from a governor who almost bankrupted Texas to a president who has let spending get more out of hand then it ever has been. He falsified data for the "Texas Miracle" to try and show what a great President he was for education, and he's been a total disaster. The entire world hates the United States government right (NOT Americans, but our GOVERNMENT) now, and it's because of his policies that only benefit those who pay through the nose, like Big Oil and media conglomerates.

I was only pro-bush during the elections because he was much better than Kerry. Now I'm back to being indifferent.
