Researching People With SSN?

I'm worried that my ex is hiding money from me in bank accounts. How can I research her using her SSN, name, addr? I don't think I can get her credit report w/o her consent. What about services that I see advertised to look people up?
Ideas?

fonecart.com. Type in her name at the left side of the screen and hit submit and it should give you her address and possibly her phone #.

Legally you need a court order to get any info of that nature, or her permission in writing.
