I don't see any strange symptoms developing though and have felt well all this time since I took the tests. So, is there still a problem and should I still see a doctor? If so, what kind of doctor and specialty should I see?

this much information suggests pituitary dysfunction, what needs to be answered now is why and then the treatment accordingly, stay in close touch with an endocrinologist and a neurologist, good luck

You may have or be developing a thyroid problem and perhaps an autoimmune thyroid problem such as graves' disease. You should be talking about this with your doc in detail.
