Babies smile without learning to, and smiling is recognized as an expression of happiness across world cultures, indicating that emotion expression is somewhat universal and therefore largely biologically based. It's a clear sign that there is something deep within yourself that enjoys experiencing itself.... and that could be you. But, you will have to find a way of making contact with whatever that is within you in some emotionally congruent context. That is, own it as yourself.
And, I have yet to meet someone who was not somewhat crazy.
