Do you mean, how do you BEAT pms cravings?? I can totally relate with you. My cravings is for chocolate!! ANYTHING chocolate. It is hard to beat, isn't it---but I just give into it because I know that these cravings will not last forever and eventually I will be back to my normal (sweet) self. Haha. I wish i knew how I can beat those cravings...sorry I couldm't help you.

I heard the Yasmin birth control pill can control appetite surges that happen when your hormones change before menstruation. Check with your OBGYN.
