I think there is not a lot that can go wrong if the uncut man keeps clean. If he does not keep clean, then he can possibly get an infection after a while (I guess it is no different from other problems that can arise when one does not bathe often enough). Also, I've read that it can be easier to get sexually transmitted diseases if one has the foreskin, including one virus that can cause penile cancer and other viruses associated with cervical cancer. The risk is low, but proponents of circumcision insist on mentioning it. I think that as long as people adhere to certain standards for the people they sleep with there is an even lower risk of those things happening.

Something else that can happen is that the foreskin can be difficult to pull back. That condition is called phimosis ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phimosis ). Circumcision is seldom necessary to correct it though.

I still do not think children should be circumcised. The foreskin is supposed to be full of nerves and it is also said to protect the penis when it is not in use. Of course, those features would theoretically result in much greater sensitivity during sex for the man with the foreskin. I think the foreskin might also keep part of the penis lubricated. Of course, I am circumcised so I cannot verify these things. But the organizations in my source list seem to think so.

Here's something interesting: "The AAP and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) do not endorse the procedure as a way to prevent any of the medical conditions mentioned previously. The AAP also does not find sufficient evidence to medically recommend circumcision or argue against it." ( from http://kidshealth.org/parent/pregnancy_newborn/medical_care/circumcision.html )
Good night!

not much just about the foreskin not "peeling back" and not proper hygiene techniques. other than that things should go pretty well.

Nothing. It is normal. Circumcized is abnormal.
