The blinky ones in each row are the position of the letter it represents. There are 26 across so if it was the 1st one it would be A, 2nd one blinking is a B and so on. That;s how you gets Lindsay Lohan.

the dominoes are actually braille.. the answer is Mel Gibson.. the question it is asking is something about being one of the sexiest men...
the second gold challenge makes no sense to me.. but the answer is Lindsay Lohan.. go figure.. :)
