i'm about to go to bed now (it's 9:58 here) because i wake up at 5:30 to go to the gym. what time do you go to sleep and wake up?

It's 9 PM here and I'm kind of a night owl so I probably won't be going to bed until 1 or so. Then I'll wake up around 8 or 9 because I don't have to work until noon.

I go to sleep around 12 or 1 and wake up at 6:10 in the morning

I will go to bed at about 10, it is only 8 here. I get up early, like around 3 or 4 just because I do and I normally go to the gym and then school

I'll be behind you in just a few minutes.
I watch my late night comedies, put in a movie, and usually don't get to sleep until about 2: AM, then I get up about 6 or 7: AM IF I can sleep that long!!!
That's what insomnia does to you !!!

Usually 10:00 and get up at 5:00, so not too different a schedule from yours.

i usually go to bed about 2 am and get up at 7 am....then i am good to go!
