I think he is, what do you think about him?
I mean he did hit 3k and completely destroyed that catcher in the all-star game.

Who...freakin'...cares? The '70s are over. He's guilty. What is the big deal about making the HOF? The HOF is a joke with some of the marginally "famous" in there. There are more important things in life to be concerned with esp, in MLB as we head towards the playoffs.

"That" catcher is doing fine and has been doing A's games for years, Sure he won't make the HOF but Ray Fosse is a far better human being than Petey will ever be.

HE DENIED FOR FIFTEEN YEARS THEN HE TOLD THE TRUTH FOR 24 .95. now he is saying he gave his friends 30 baseballs to be put away, but under the baseballs are numbers like 242 of 300 which means he was selling them not storing them and it wasnt just 30 like he says.... hof is not in your lifetime my friend and he dosent deserve it and neither do the other creeps in it either that hurt the game..

Pete Rose is more than full of it.

He is the most disgusting human being I can think of who is not personally responsible for anyone's death.

He's also guilty of betting on Major League Baseball. To me,he should only be found guilty if he bet on baseball and lost. He had the ultimate source to rake in the money and he blew it. For that he should be found guilty and not be allowed to gamble anywhere on earth.

He was a jerk even back in the day. It's the thing that's kept him from being in th Hall of Fame. He simply couldn't admit his guilt, and his rotten attitude made him bitter enemies with the powers that be.
