Anna got it. It is true, for the most part. You can probably reach your own prostate gland through your rectum and rub it gently (aka "milking the prostate"). I think it's nice, and worth doing sometimes. As soon as I insert my finger, I usually get an erection. I don't particularly like having anything up my anus, but it just feels good enough for me not to mind much. If you want to try it, your prostate gland is toward the front of your body and maybe two or three inches inside. I've been doing it when I start masturbating, because I will usually have a strong orgasm that way. But something I've noticed is that it takes me somewhat longer to reach orgasm after milking the prostate. I'll have to try it after I start masturbating to see if there's any difference in the way it feels. (I'm surprised I didn't try it before, actually. Just thinking about it, I have a feeling that it would be an improvement.) But if you try it, be careful and take it slow!
Now I have also heard about a spot on the outside between the scrotum and the anus. It is somewhat stimulating, but nothing like what I mentioned above. I think it might indirectly stimulate something, but I don't get that much out of doing it. It seems like something to do when you're bored and don't want to get your hands dirty.

That is the location of the prostate and it is very sensitive to stimulation. However, at that point you must massage through muscle. If you insert a long finger into your anus and go to the same spot you will feel a walnut size bump. That is the prostate. massage from there internally and you will have a very unique and intense orgasm. Wash your hands afterward and this usually requires a cooperative partner with no finger nails.

Every guy has one in more or less the same place. It just takes a little searching. Position is important here.
Alot of guys are ignorant about their sensitive places. There is in fact, a string of G-spots from the opening of the urethra on the glans, like an archipelago of hot-spots, down underneath, between base of penis and scrotum, passing through where you mentioned, ending--if you wish to take it there--in through the rectum, up to the prostate.
This is known in some circles as the 'pleasure path.'

Yes, the perineum is supposedly the site of the male G-spot. Developmentally it is supposed to be the equivalent to the female G-spot. However, a lot of its sensitivity depends on the person as well as the stimulation.

Most guys don't even know it is there. Right at the base of the sac, although along the perenium is also great. Anal area is ok, but rather nasty if not clean. And no, does not require you to stick you finger in his butt.

Yes it's true but to be properly simulated it requires a finger in your rectum pressing down (gently) and stroking the area to get the full effect. I don't have penis so I can testify to the how wonderful the orgasmic effect but being a sexual "know all" I have heard rave views for those who have tried it. I tried it with my fiancee and he said it was awesome but nothing that was mind blowing enough for him to want me putting my finger in butt for which was fine with me cause I don't care for the idea either.
