Why are you taking it? There are many products on the market that are a lot safer to use. Pepto Bismo has aspirin and bismuth in it. If it is for diarrhea, as long as you are not dehydrated, you might let it run it course. If it nausea, ask you OB, he can prescribe something a lot safer. Gas, or just plain up set stomach, the old fashion sipping tea or flat soda helps. Tums can usually be taken safely.
I just would not feel safe taking pepto bismo. Best bet ask your doctor.

if I'm wright you shouldn't take it at all without your DR'S. permission it may make you go into labor!
