I used to get them all the time. if it is on the right side i would lay on my left side on the edge of the bed and put my right leg over my left and let it hang off the bed stretching out the side and hold it for awhile. The best is if you have a large ottoman that you can lay over so that you hang over both ends which will stretch out your side. Make sure that you dont have a medical condition like gallbladder problems or if its high in the back area it could be a kidney infection. There are remedies for that infection also that work great to if you think that could be possible.
