It's a social activity.
I don't drink coffee or smoke.
But I remember the days when "coffee" shops were the in hip thing. It was just a fad at the time and you just felt that you had to join the crowd. I will always remember the first one I went to. The waiter looked like he had on white gloves. His hand were the only part of him that was clean. He must have been the dish washer as well. But now I can't see paying for over priced coffee at Starbucks, there is no glamor or the feeling like the old days there, it's just plain commercialism.

Because coffee and cigarettes are good. They're drugs. Especially potent when put together.

I don't know. To me, that is such a disgusting thing to do as I do NOT smoke, nor drink coffee---Yuck!!

because a lot of the older people , especially mendoesnt have any place to go so they meet there, and i dont see anything wrong with it. they need some place to go.
