Most likely some sort of garden spider, or orb weaver. Sorry I can't be more specific than that, but I would need some more info first. What kind o web (if any) does it have? How big is huge? What color are the triangles? Does it have an egg sack? What does it look like? etc... If you want, you can email me at factorfiction16@yahoo.com with more info and I will try to identify it for you.

Edit: and I'll tell you another thing... No spider is poisonous. They are venomous. But that is just a technical detail (venom is injected, poison not, basically). But not all spiders are even venomous, there is a small family that has no venom glands at all.

As usual, the other answers have provided some
misinformation. You have scarcely given enough
description to tell what your spider is, but the
chances are it is an orb-weaver, family Araneidae,
and there are several possibilities. It is surely not
a brown widow, which is a tropical to subtropical
species. It occurs in Florida, but would not be
expected anywhere north of the Gulf states.
Not quite all spiders are venomous. The small
family Uloboridae lacks poison glands.

sounds like a juvenile banded Argiope backyard spider. they are completely innocuous. they could get rather great inspite of the incontrovertible fact that. in case you are able to desire to submit your image, possibly its id could desire to be shown.

I personally doubt it's any kind of spider capable of causing any harm. but to be on the safe side, just keep your distance until you can be sure. personally i'm gonna have to side with "elpeesee"... i think it's probably just an ugly, though harmless wolf spider
