nope, and they can't get information from her doc either. It's her medial history not theirs.

No. There are laws that protect you from being forced to recieve unnecessary medical treatment. No law-abiding doctor or nurse would assist or allow an abortion to be performed if the patient says "I don't want it". They can also refuse based on your state of mind, even if you say you want it but are not completely and totally rational at the time. ie, emotional train wreck.

I am not sure. I cant say yes or no. I live in minnesota. I do know that some states have funny rules depending on your age but I am not sure on the truth of the age. Please look into this. I wish you would have told us how old you were hun.

i don't believe in any state a parent can force a child to have an abortion. there would have to be very serious circumstances, not just "we're not ready to be grandparents and she's not ready to be a mom".
