From a distance, it is definitely the hair (you can't make out the rest).
Up closer, we (as most animals) are genetically programmed to recognize proportionality and eveness (how even is the lefft side with the right side, are the lips, eyes, nose, etc. proportional). Next we are programmed to look for signs of health, such as bags under the eyes, discoloration, skin blemishes, etc.
The last thing noticed because of instinctive shyness is the eyes - instinctively you don't look someone directly in the eyes at first.
There are exceptions to all of these depending on the individuals preference and background. For example, I have a thing for straight long hair and little makeup, as well as unusually colored eyes - both have a reference back to previous experiences and prejudices.
And, of course, there are always universal exceptions, such as Cindy Crawford's mole.

Most of the time I look at the eyes but if the girl has like a huge nose I automatically notice that before I even look at her eyes...

I'm a guy, and I can tell you the first thing I notice is breasts. But, I am a breast man (some guys like legs, butts, etc). You should flaugnt what you got! Guys will flock to you if they are first physically attracted to you (human nature). Then, for me its personality. I do not like rude, or insensitive women. I adore kind, caring, women who find puppies adorable, and get mushy for a kitten. I'm a guy get it? I like the opposite of me. I then like a woman to be respectful of me, and most importantly-loyal and trustworthy.

I think smile or the nose I know they notice your complexion so take good care of your skin.

Depends on what is your best asset on your face guys have told me. Mine are my eyes so guys always notice those first.

Probably eyes first, followed by nose, then skin, then lips, cheeks, etc.

first off how on earth would all of you ladies know what we're noticing first? well most guys are dogs so they notice a females breast or a**. Guys like me know thats all superficial. I notice a girls eyes first. a woman can lie straight face but her eyes never do. her true intensions, her way of being, her sentuality it all in the eyes her glance.
