Does anyone know when Nestle created chocolate chips? Or anything about Ruth Wakefield at all?

I have to do a report about her and I have to make a REALLY long timeline. HELP!

The only thing I can tell you is that it was Ruth's chocolate chip recipe on the nestle bag. It was originally chocolate chunks, not chips. When Nestle decided to put the recipe on their bag, the made chips especially for that recipe. In return, she received a lifetime supply of free chocolate chips. Sorry, that 's all I can tell you.
