For example when men are cold showered they know how to handle it without going berserk! Women on the other hand scream and holler like someone is killing them!
Outside in winter women are bundled up and men are barely covered! Are men more thick skinned or what?

The more fat you have on your body, the more tolerance you have to cold. Men tend to have more bulk so they can stand it more.

I actually think of this as a matter of personality, people that tend to whine and ***** about everything (especially pain), which may be much like most women you know. I've known women that can jump in a river totally naked in freezing cold temps, and I myself couldn't help but complain because my balls were cold.
Personally though, I think everyone believes that women always complain more than guys (although I'm not saying that it isn't true)

The answer is the extremities get cold first (feet and hands). Men have more muscle and more blood circulation to the extremities.
Women have more weight and more fat and it is all closer to the center of their bodies in the thorax. Circulation to the extremities is secondary.
So men feeler warmer because the extremuities of their body get more blood -- it's the same reason women seem to have colder feet in winter!

Well i am a woman and happen to have cold showers sometimes and I love the winter time...Ill go out in the snow with a tank and shorts on.....so I guess you have only seen women that are warm natured.

I think it is the other way around instead. i have read that in places like north or south pole where they ice fish, it is the women who actually get in the cold water because of their tolerance to the cold. the woman body has more fat than man body.

on average men are larger and heaver than women
the larger you are the better you can handle the cold
ex my sister doesn't eat anything and shes a vegetarian and shes really thin, shes always complaining about how could it is while im warm
it also has to do with how well your body is nourished

because women's nipples are more sensitive than a mans and it hurts when they get so cold..that is my best guess, or maybe it is because men are just made that way
