Terry Mulholland played earlier this season for the Diamondbacks, which were his 11th team. If you don't consider him active (because he was released mid-season), then you're probably looking at Royce Clayton, who's on his 9th team.

My guess is Reggie Sanders.
He's played for the Royals, Cardinals, Padres, Braves, Giants, the Marlins (I think)
He has some a record of going to the playoffs with a bunch of different teams.

I think Kenny Lofton has been on ten or so different teams. Check the books because I am not sure.
