So here’s the deal. I’ve liked this girl for a long time now and have finally worked up the nerve to go talk to her. But every time I see her in the halls, or wherever I am, and try to approach her, she always has her eyes glued to the floor and walks right by me. The only time she looks at me is in a class we have together. I’ve sent her a couple notes with my email so she doesn’t have to talk on the phone or what not. I don’t understand it. Is it something I did? Does she feel threatened by me? What?

were her eyes glued to the floor before you talked to her as well. If they weren't then she dosen't want anything to do with you and she is trying to ignore you. If she never looked up before you talked to her then she is very shy. Ask some friends if she ever looks at you when your not looking. Try talking to her about something that is nutral. If this is college level be careful because the difference between talking to a girl and harrasment is if she wants to lay charges.

Is this girl very shy? Does she have a boyfriend already? What kind of person are you? Maybe she just would like to be friends for now. Just give her time she may come around. If you keep pushing the issue she may feel somewhat threaten. Does she have any friends you know so you can ask whats going on? If its meant to be it will happen. I know it's hard for you, but your young and there will be lots of other girls. Trust me. I hope everything works out for you. Maybe she is not allowed to date yet and feels embarrassed to tell you this, feeling you may move on to the next and best thing. If you even want a chance to be her friend let her come to her. Do you even attempt to say hi when she walks by? good luck to you.

Girls may seem mysterious but there's always a logical reason for whatever they do.
If she's looking down to the floor as she walks..probably she's just having a bad week or smthng or wouldn't want to talk/look at anyone, not just u in particular
But if u thnk thts she's just acting tht way with u then i suggest u talk to her or if worst come to worst apporach one of her closest friends. Even possible she already has a boyfriend and she's letting u down gently by ignoring u. Whatever it is, don't assume the worst until u know whats really going on...Could be something u did tht hurt her or made her felt small without u knowing it...
but yeah...communicate is the right thing to do..

Sounds like she doesnt like you. If she was just shy, she would have E-mailed you or something. I am a very shy person and I know that if someone gave me notes and it had their email on it, I would atleast email a hello. Why dont you just ask her to email you and let you know whether or not she is interested in you. If you dont hear from her, then leave it alone. There are too many girls out there to be stressing over on that is igging you.

maybe she looks at the ground alotwhen walking because she had a head injury and coma a decade earlier and never regained her stability,, it helps her but she still seems to bumb into walls i bet, poor girl during sobriety tests,,, there are good police also,, lol,, anyway, if u like her, tell her, make sure she knows by face to face communication, nothing elaborate. be very clear and as simple as you think u need to be w/o insult, (dumb it down) maybe she didnt get the notes or maybe they were illegable when she looked at them (liquid spilled on it),, or maybe she even sent email but got returned or something,, maybe the message she wants to give u, is oral,, alovaya,, clear verbal face to face communication is best or cfould ask her on phone even if she has a boyfriend,, she may think u share ur email address with the frat,, lol,, be good to yourself and her, ask her a clear question,, if u can ask when u2 are alone, it might be best,, everyone doesnt need to be in ur personaL BIZ,, come by my place though and get ion this video,, lol,, hope helpful

you are fairly young, and possibly not worldly knowledged (not always a bad thing)...
have you talked to her and she walked away?
Or she just never saw you cuz she was looking at the floor when you passed eachother?
One of three things if she just didn't see you/take notice:
*She's depressed
*She's got Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (counts tiles/makes sure she steps on/in between cracks, or combination thereof).
*She had something bad happen to her and she is not interested in talking to anyone at all
If she does see you but is completely blank, it still may be one of the above, but just talk to her and keep up...leave a flower on her desk of a mutual class b efore she sits down....etc...
she'll warm up to you..^_^

It's one of two things. She is either really shy because she likes you or she is ignoring you because she doesn't like you. The only way to find out is to go right up to her and ask her out.

Of course she's shy, try telling her what you are telling us, or, have her read your question, if she is a real to heart person, she'll start talking to you, then you are on your own.

no she does not feel threatined by you she is just to shy just like you are.she looks at you when ur not looking but when u are she looks away she is shy to .. just give her some time she'll come around

To me it sounds like she likes you as much as you like her, but she is shy and gets wierd when she sees you. It's easier to talk to people you aren't attracted to than people you are attracted to. Sounds like she is attracted to you.
