What coast? What mountain range? I live on the central coast of California........depending on the day it can be any of those combinations or all of them. But never exactly the same as inland. Be more specific.

it's C... as moist air from the coast moves over a mountain it's cooled and is not able to hold as much moisture which means more rain and fog. on the inland side of a mountain it's usually hot and dry.

my answer is C.You should ask weather instead of climate on coastal side of mountain.Weather refers to atmospheric conditions over a short period of time. For example, hot, cool and so on.Climate refers to average atmospheric conditions of a long period of time, usually about 30 years. For example winter, summer, and so on.Why my answer is c because when the sun heat up the water of the sea, these water evaporates into atmosphere, and that evaporated water becomes a gas called water vapour. As these water vapour expands,it becomes cool. And it starts to form water droplets that form clouds. If they combine together, they become heavy and falls as rain. Also the same process in plants.Water from plants also evaporates in to the atmosphere and falls rain.that's why the cities near river or sea or ocean, they suffer a lot of hurricanes and raining.ON the land side there may be a lot of plants and rains but i prefer C
