Probably a tiny one like a shrew or a mouse in terms of life expectancy.
In terms of becoming roadkill it is probably the squirrel which is usually too dumb to avoid cars going by.

I think the whitetailed deer is among the shortest lived for its size. This is due to hunting primarily, but also CWD disease and accidents with cars. Take into consideration harsh winters and competition among the herd for food, and you have quite a battle going on. I rarely hear of deer being aged atover 6 years old. Almost all are 5 or less.

shrew- very high metabolism very short life span.Also likely to starve because it is difficult to maintain its body weight.
