If the email is coming from a different host each time, host meaning yahoo.com, aol.com, msn.com etc it's harder to block. If it's always coming from the same host you can block it in your Yahoo mail settings under the spam option.

Is it a personal email address? Sometimes spam does not recognize a personal email address and will let it come back through to your personal box. The advertisers are getting slick with how they get into box's now. Someone now has to make a spam program that will automatically kick out the email address's if you want it spamed no matter what! I do agree though, it is frustrating very much so.

Check those e-mails again...You might recieve them if you are a member of where they are coming from even if you have flagged them as junk...or its just the changing of a single digit in the name that allows them to pass...spammers create one concrete name then create millions of variables from them by just subrtracting or adding a number making it almost impossible to block them all.
