When your breasts are bigger than hers.

Sorry, you are too late already. You have been lying and betraying her pretty badly and you are worrying how much longer you can get away with it? It will likely be over once your breast are bigger than hers.
You don't want a wife, you want a built-in support system without any responsibilities of your own.
If she stays once you tell her, fine, her decision. Your cowardice in not telling her and going behind her back implies you know she might not be staying to see you turn into a woman.
But it is just too nice to have someone there and caring for you - why would you give that up if you don't have to.
You are just using her and you don't seem to care about what she might want or deserve.
Egotism is alive and well.

Of course she'll know, it'll be very obvious and you might get sick. It's not normal and a man's body was not made to be taking female hormones. Just tell her and be honest with her. She's your wife and you owe her your open honesty.

If you want to be a woman, your marriage is over anyway. Tell her now and let her get on with her life. Now the big question is this: If you knew all your life you wanted to be a woman ,,,, Why the hell would you get married (to a woman) in the first place? You wasted 13 years of her life, and I wonder why the hell she didn't leave you when she found out you cheated with another man.

You should have discussed it with your wife BEFORE the hormones!! She is your wife, this is her life too, and I think that she should have a say in the matter. Go talk to her NOW!!! you aren't being fair to her feelings!

Now plus she might find out on her own and if you are being truthful go all the way with it. sounds like she's accepting you for you but i think you have a better chance if you continue to be truthful that way you and her kind decide what you all want to do she has the right to know to make her own decisions.

you should tell her now, i'm curious as to why you married if you knew you weren't totally happy with women not to say you don't love her but if you are totally happy with the situation you wouldn't be doing what you are doing now i have gay friends and one even did the marriage thing and has a son then he just came to realize he was happier with men don't deprive you two of complete happiness everyone deserves maybe your bi i don't know the details but marriage should be a sacred thing and if you've been with guys while you were dressed up then yours isn't sacred anymore

You should tell her right away before she finds out somewhere else. She sounds like a great wife and I hope she understands.
This sounds like a life long dream that you have to do for yourself. good luck!

You should have told her before you started taking them. It's only fair to both of you for you to be totally honest about your feelings, especially if you love her. Waiting would only hurt more as time goes by...

You're not a cross-dresser....you're a transgender.

You owe it to her to tell her before you start changing.....she's been your wife for 13 years, she's stayed even when you wanted to cross-dress......do something for her now & be honest with her.

Tell her the truth now before you start growing breasts. Seriously though, you need to let her know or else this secret will eat you alive.
