Setting up a web radio station ?

I'm looking for a good website where I can setup a web radio station, which doesn't have a ton of playlist rules (like Live365.com) & isn't expensive. Any suggestions ?

Launchcast is free. I'm listening to my station right now.

also consider pod casts. Any pod cast source site will host
