I what to know what measures i can take to be very call but very alert, not have much emotions, but not be depressed or anything like that. also aiming to help focus and concentration/ clear thinking. i never really get mad but sometimes i feel depressed and down. a lot of times i cant focus on specific things and my mind just trails off with my imagination. don't want to talk to my doctor about anything, anything i can do/take to focus much easier and think clearly without much emotions while remaining super calm? (plz nothing like meditation...)

mature- teh depression isn't really consistent enough to bother me much, i'm more interested in being able to really focus good and not be influenced much by emotions. i would consider "drugs" if they don't have bad side effects, and even if expensive, if my productivity were to increase drastically the price may be compensated for.

There is a product called "Calms" by Highland brands. You can purchase it at Wal-mart very inexpensive. It helps with nervous tension, PMS symptoms, and sleep problems. It is all natural, no side effect, and safe enough to give to children. Also, non-habit forming. They work great, I have used them for years. Take 1-2 tabs to calm you down. You will be able to remain focused when you use them. If you don't have a Wal-mart by you they also sell them in Health stores and Vitamin stores. Give them a try! Good Luck!

Have you ever heard of Emotional Freedom Technique? It involves tapping on meridian points in order to clear emotions. It would be a permanant solution, but takes a while to get the results you are wanting. You might also look into Bach Flower Essences. They are relatively inexpensive, work quickly and they should be able to help you find the ones you need at your local health store.

If you don't want to meditate, don't want to listen to music or see a doctor, you are cutting off a lot of good avenues for reducing stress and improving your state of mind. Any one of them would help, even better in combination.

u should take enough dosage of high quality b complex tablets that have all the essentials b vitamins. take in a high dosage in the morning...it will call ur nerve and yet let u be alert all the time.

Take some melatonin, it is a sleep aide but also relaxes you. Does not make you groggy. Not addictive, it is herbal and very inexpensive. It is called 'SleepSense'

try weed! i know its against the law! but doctors prescribe it so it has some good things in it to help us. like for me i am pretty much depressed but weed helps me through my depression which i know is wrong but its survival by all means right now.

Valerian root. get it in a health food store or co-op. tastes kind of bad, but you can mix it with something. chamomile tea is another.

Weed.that sounds what your talkin bout.it helped me before,**** it would help me sleep so i wouldnt be on this so late 2.
