A pass thrown that lands incomplete behind the line of scrimmage is a fumble.

With this you wouldn't have to have those stupid reviews with the quarterback's arm moving forward.

Thats not really a question. Tho I agree the time wasted on when exactly a quarterback begins the "passing motion" is ridiculous. I'd support yr rule change ... it covers the "was it a lateral or forward pass" question on quick passes to the sideline behind the line of scrimmage too.

Yeah, unfortunately, that's already a rule. You're a little late to the party. Passes thrown behind the line of scrimmage (i.e.-screen passes) that land on the ground are considered fumbles.

No, you'd just have stupid reviews about whether or not the ball reached the line of scrimmage.
