Because your average conservative would never stoop so low as to offer an intelligent exchange of ideas in a respectful forum. It hurts their brain too much and they don't want to come across as "critical thinkers" (i.e. liberal). Instead, they say to themselves, "WWACD" (What Would Ann Coulter Do?)

Many people think that we liberals are off our rockers. Of course, I forget this often times, as I live in a relatively liberal area (and one where people can respect the views of others). On a more national scale, however, I think people are more moderate/conservative than liberals, and are perhaps more likely to attack liberals because our ideas are just so bizarre compared to the usual conservative responses.

That's easy. Liberals seem to think that gays are human beings too. They seem to think that women should undergo that painful decision to have an abortion, or not, without having to worry about breaking the law. They also seem to think that they are allowed to support an issue or not based on their own personal choice The neo-con zealots who troll for these questions cannot understand anyone's worldview but their own and they are scared....I mean SCARED that their view is losing support.

Because all the right wingers know how to do is name call. They get it from folks like Rush Limbaugh and Michael Savage, both of whom can't go one show without calling democrats things like "Feminazis" and other such names....
very close minded, uninformed, uninspired people are they!

i suppose it goes both ways...if you ask a conservative question, there are always liberals who answer and put their smear on things....i've seen it both ways.
