They used to ... but thats all programmed into the onboard computer in the squad car now. Technology makes everything so much easier.

Ha, ha! It is so true!!! My friend is a cop and he totally knows where every donut shop is, what kind each place carries, which donuts last the longest (ewwwww gross, nothing like a stale donut) and sadly even which ones will give them to him for free.

No because they can get coffe and donuts at most convience stores.
I thinkit is a great way to thank a cop for being there for us, and see nothing wrong with giving them free coffee and donuts.

No, but they DO have to know where the best donut shops are just in case the chief wants a jelly or creme filled....

Yes they do and don't forget the coffee shops too. Isn't it strange that those are like the only two places never get robbed? ha ha ha

Of course they do. It's 90% of their final grade.I mean who cares if they can shot a gun as long as they know where the doughnut shops are?
