Well I know from experience that cell phones don't like water. If it's a cell it's toast. But I also know from experience that laptops can recover from water damage. Sometimes. With laptops you just have to get all the water (most) of it out and put it in a very warm area to dry up the rest of the water. Keep it there for a few days. It also helps to dry it with the hair dryer for a bit. U could try doing that with your phone and see if that works. Anythings worth a try.

I dropped my phone in a pool. It was fully submerged for 30 seconds. I left it out to dry. The next day, I took a hair dryer to the phone. After about 20 minutes, the phonew was dry, and it worked. Trust me on this one.

Just wait a few days and let it dry out. I know 2 people whose phone was completely emerged in water and they still work.
