Flattery and compliments? Only if I like the guy, if I think he's a decent fellow (But how decent can he be if he tells me he maturbates to me?? lol.)
I would get seriously grossed out and scared if he was:
1) a complete and total stranger
2) a Stalker
3) overly creepy or did not seem right in the head
4) my boss
5) related to me
6) has sticky hands

Hmmm. what a funny question. It seems like I should feel flattered to be someone's fantasy. The problem is when I start thinking about it and imagine someone actually [in motion] I start to get a little grossed out. I don't want to imagine what my role is like in someone else's mind.
And, let's face it, there are a LOT of fish in the sea that I'd REALLY not enjoy imagining [in motion, with me in mind].

It would really depend on who it was. If it was some old sleezey guy they YUCK!!! However if it was someone who i would find attractive then I would be flattered that he would think of me in that way. Oh and also the way I found out, I mean if he just comes up to me and says "hey babe I been wanking off to you" then that wouldn't do much for me...lol

Personally it doesn't bother me, in fact it is quite flattering. Just the thought that he thinks I am worth masturbating to. No one gets hurt by it so what is the big deal.

I would say....it depends on the guy. like, if he comes up to you and he's one of those mouth-breathing creepy guys that just kind of skeeves you out anyways....yipes. if it's a hot guy....wow, I don't know. it's a weird thing to think about. eew. Iit's not that I'm not used to the idea of a guy whacking off- I know a lot of guys do it on a regular basis, but... that adds a weird personal element to it. it seems kind of more pathetic than usual in that context.

I would not speak for all women cause all women are different, But I don't think I would really think much of it. I wouldn't be grossed out by it, but really wouldn't take it as flattering either.
