I have been feeling dizzy and ligtheaded. Is this a sign of pregnancy? What other signs should I look for?

Oh yeah I am expecting my period any day and took a pregnancy test today with a negative result.

A missed period is usually the fist sign of pregnancy. Try taking a pregnancy test. If you haven't missed your period you will have to wait and see if it comes because most test aren't accurate until after then.

Missed period, mainly you could also have high blood pressure, But yes is can be a sign. are you hungery, nauseate, exhausted, discharge, try a pregnancy test and then see an obgyn also go to web md for more answers just dont forget you can have a period all nine months my aunt had a regular period for7 months and found out she was due in 2.5 months especially if you are already over weight less chance to feel the baby move sooner. My grandma on the other hand had that problem hers was CHF and a AAA CHF(congested heart failure) and Aortic Abdominal Anerysm Good luck sweetie and if you are pregnant congratulations i am due in less that three weeks good luck

Um, maybe not getting your period and taking a pregnancy test from the drugstore. If it comes out positive, do it again and then go to the doctor.

Dizziness was my first symptom of pregnancy. It started about three or four days before my period was due. I didn't get other symptoms until a couple of weeks later.

hmmm i dont know how old u are.. but i get like that before my period.. i have hot flashes and i get lightheaded and i almost black out.. ..but hmm.. if ur preg. u'd be urinating a lot more... ur pee would possibly become cloudy.. umm.. u'd start craving foods.... u can google the symptoms

Your nipples may be darker. You may be very tired. You could have sensitive breasts. Etc. Take a test!

Dizzyness and lightheadedness is a sign of low blood pressure.
pregancy signs could also be tenderness of the breasts, morning sickness, ect. If your test was negitive though, i dunno what u are worried about.
