a woman... she's nice and kind hearted and very talented, I like her but women are all nutters, but damn she makes me go all gooey and nice... WHY WHY WHY??? I do actually really bloody like her.

I believe that you should approach her and let her know how you feel. See if she feels the same way... At least, you will know where you stand in "her eyes". Be honest about how you feel.
