Yes. Your not young enough to be considered a teenager and not old enough to be considered a man. That doesnt' mean that you don't have your own opinions or ideas about everyday life but they're not really valid because you need to have experience and that comes with age. Believe me when I say that each and every year that goes by, you will know more than you know the previous year. Life is a harsh reality but it's beautiful and you should learn from your experiences both good and bad. There is a lesson to be learned in everything!!
