I have been spotting for 14 days now. It's not much and it is old blood. Any ideas on what is going on? I was worried that I might be pregnant, but I have no symptoms. Haven't done a test either since I have been spotting I thought no worry of being pregnant.

it is normal for a girl to have irregulare periods when you first start but it's always best to go see your gynecologist to know for sure. Also if you are on birth control pills and you skip a pill or don't take it at the same time everyday you can spot.

Best advice would be to see a doctor. Too many things can be wrong with females who experience problems like these.Just to be safe take a first responce test, if it is negative go see a gyno. If nothing is wrong, great ,if it is ,find out early enough to fix it.

If you have been taking new medications or are under a lot fo stress, that could be causing the irregularity. It doesn't take a whole lot to knock your cycle out of balance.
