Meaning... a movie involving a (for example, a city with no one living in it, except just one person(the main character) The city itself is pretty much deserted) Any movies like that?

Try
1) Silent Hill - a burnt down town with nobody except ghosts
2) House of Wax - a town with only 3 freaks out of which 2 went around killing everyone and turn them into status of wax
3) the others - a family of 3 living in a big house who did not realised that they are dead, thought that the house is "haunted"

Movies are fantasy. You go to see them in order to 'escape' the reality of the Bin Ladens and all. If you want to see reality, then watch the news. The only thing a movie must accomplish (for us movie-goers) is it must take us out of this reality and put us in its own reality. Or why bother watching? No one is forcing you to watch an entertaining movie instead of a harsh reality. You make that choice yourself. For an hour and a half, we can be taken to any place, any time and into any situation, without fear of consiquence. That's movie magic! Relax your mind with a mindless movie and then you can better understand, comprehend and manage the 'bad things' in this world. :-)

Creepy, but still kind of what you wanted. I haven't heard of any where someone is just living in one of those old ghost towns. Though it's a neat concept.

Here's one that comes close to what you want... and it's a wonderful animated film from Japan that won quite a few awards. It's called "Spirited Away"... and you'll find plenty of spirits and spells and fantasy and thrills. Enjoy it on DVD.
