i wrote this song and i'm trying to find out wat people think of it. please only nice comments but be truthful... i probley won't get any answers but i had to try............... its in memory of steve irwin and its called "in memory

where's his place in memory?
sad hearts surround my every thought
we can spread his memory

maybe he would of said it

I give you props for being able to write a song. and I like that you wrote it for someone. But a word of advice is that you shouldn.t put your lyrics out on the net because if someone else likes it they can take it from you and who knows it might become a hit song. They'll be making millions off of your song. Oh unless of corse you have it copywrited. And to the guy that said that it doesn't ryhme, It doesn't have to ryhme. Keep doing you!! and good luck.

Although I can't answer to the music part, I think the lyrics are very sweet. They seem hearfelt without being syrupy. The words scan well and I like the fact that you don't try to force rhymes.
I'd say keep writing whenever you feel moved to do so.

AWESOME song!⥠You have alot of talent and you should definitly try to see if someone will record this song. I'm glad you took the time to write this song 'cause Steve was a GREAT guy and i'm sad he is gone. Keep up the GREAT work and let us know what you decide. The only problem is there's only about 2 words that rhyme in it. Seems more like a poem than a song. I suppose it would sound different if I was hearing someone sing it.

I think its really good, but to be honest, the memory of Steve Irwin saying 'crikey' really doesn't stir my soul. Seriously, though, it is very emotional and sincere. I like it.
