OK, i have this dude that's been going to my church since we were little. We've been pretty cool but ever since last year when he started high school he's gotten his little clique, he's with the in-crowd, and now acts like he doesn't know me and tries to clown me and crack jokes on me in front of his friends. My best friends, my girl, and my sister all go to the same church as me and they've heard me talkin bout all know the **** he's talkin and how he's being real fake to me at school. But all my friends still just dont see the "fake side" that I see. They think itz just me and how I'm trying to find a reason not to like him. I know what I see.HELP!!!!

life's to short for you to worry about what people think about you, let alone what they think about some insecure ***-hole. Don't let it get to you, let it go and move on be the bigger man. he isn't worth the effort

I once had a similar problem. The way I solved it with the, "phonies", was to not be around. I think this made the person worse. I wasn't around and stuck with my other friends. This way, they can't do anything. And, when I did see them, I avoided them and only talked if they came over, and I was brief always, and polite. This way, I caught them off gaurd, they couldn't say I was treating them bad, but I just didn't play thier "game". If you stay away and do your own, "thing" with your own friends, you give them nothing. Plus, you won't be bothered by the little games and petty crap. So, best advice to you, cause you sound nice, is to not be around them as much as possible.

Follow the rules, only talk to them when you have to, don't be around, and in a little time it will change cause they won't have any way to start up with you.

If he's being fake to you, just don't hang out with him. Or talk **** on him. Leave him alone. Let him be. Just be you. Of course people start being fake when they get a taste of the in crowd. Stay you and stay true. Don't talk ****, it will make people think you are the enemy.

Move on! Always say hello on the off chance, that he may get over his need to be a so called "cool dude", but there are plenty of genuine people out there - go make friends / be a friend...

well its sounds like hes doing a good job of hiding this from ur friends maybe the crowd hes with dont like you or hes just tryin to be friends with ur peps i had a friend like this but it turned out good cause we had a fling lol i hope i help ya best answer i hope

If he is making fun of you in front of friends and you don't find it funny or don't like it, he probably is making fun of you.Either you need to confront him alone, or just take time away from it all until he realizes how he is acting.

Confront him. Once he knows how he's treating you and you confront him in front of his cool "clique" then may be they'll all realize how uncool it is to diss those closest to you. Call this guy out in front of his friends.

The fact that he tries to deliberately embarrass you in front of HIS friends, means he is no friend of yours. I would keep my distant from that dude. You know who your real friends are, and they don't act like that.
